SHIPPING POLICY-

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving payment confirmation. (DOES NOT APPLY TO PRE-ORDERS, please refer to Pre-Order Policy)

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount. Check our website for current promotions and offers.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S. (Still working on International shipment, coming soon).
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY so that they can assist you in filing a claim.
  • We DO NOT claim responsibility for how the packages are handled or what happens to them while being with the carrier. You can absolutely contact us when you receive a claim number from the carrier to proceed with the available next steps.

RETURN POLICY-

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days (including week-ends) after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do NOT offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any Traces of Deodorant, Washing, discoloration of any kind WILL NOT be eligible.
  • NO RETURN ON SALES ITEMS - ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Return Process:

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part- in that case, we will assume all responsibilities associated with shipping and return cost.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@solemn-mana.com within 7 days (including week-ends) of receiving your order- Please include your Order # in the Email for faster processing.

If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & update you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If not approved, you will be asked to cover the cost of the return shipment back to the address on the original order.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received a refund yet, please contact us at info@solemn-mana.com.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. While it's not a guarantee, we'll do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to coordinate with the carrier to reroute the package.

What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier immediately so they can assist you in filing a claim. Once you have a claim Number, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I'm not muslim but I'm interested in your clothing, can I still order?

Absolutely! Solemn-mana sole purpose is to serve customers with Modest wear and spread the notion of Honor and respect for oneself regardless of anyone's religious belief. We're glad you want to be part of that.

Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?

Yes, you can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if it's unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (Refer back to the Shipping and Return Policies). Please note that return shipping costs the responsibility of the customer.
